Welcome back! We’re so excited to see you at the Welcome Stranger Hotel.
We want to ensure a safe space for all customers and team members, so we’re putting into place additional cleaning measures which include the below:
- A thorough deep clean of the Hotel
- Each team member has undertaken the COVID Infection Control training outlined by the Victorian Government
- Hygiene Officer has been appointed to ensure thorough sanitation of tables, chairs, door handles, benches and other high ‘common touch’ points
- Tables to be set 1.5m apart in consideration of social distancing
- Clear social distancing signage around each area of the Hotel
- Contact details will be taken of each guest upon entry to assist with contact tracing
- Contactless payment is highly encouraged
- Multiple hand sanitisation points have been installed around the Hotel.
- Strict hygiene policy has been implemented which all staff have been trained to follow
- Guests will be asked not to enter the Hotel if they are displaying any symptoms of Covid-19

Unfortunately, our Gaming room remains closed until further notice. We want to assure you that we are monitoring and acting on current and future government and relevant health authority’s advice.
